THERE'S A LOT TO LOVE ABOUT LOST TRACKS GOLF CLUB

HERE'S WHAT MAKES THE BEND, OREGON CLUB WORTH RETURNING TO, ESPECIALLY ITS FINAL PAR 3.

Central Oregon will always be my favorite place to visit within Oregon. There are other contenders, but there is just something about the region that makes it superior to all of the other wonders of the state (and it’s a stiff competition). The greater Bend area tends to be a common ground for mine and Hannah’s families to vacation in, too. We typically make the trek over the cascades at least half a dozen times a year, and most recently, Hannah’s family flew up from Texas for a week of fun in the sun. Being the resident golfer of the crew, I was asked where we should play while over there, and I immediately said: Lost Tracks Golf Club!

This track will probably look and sound familiar, as Luke and I played and highlighted Lost Tracks on our Oregon Trail trip in 2021. I saw it as a challenging, rewarding layout that would be good for the spectrum of skill levels among the golfers in our group. Below you will find a recount of the round—and a special return to the infamous train car on Hole #16.

Before you go, take a look at L+L’s Lost Tracks course map here.

My friend I am sorry but you can't join us!
Love the minimal train track logo they use.
